We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and conscientious lead cleaner to join our team at Brundall Primary School.
Duties will be:
• To clean designated areas of the school to a high standard laid down by the school (e.g. vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, wipe tables and doors, dust, clean lavatories, etc.)
• To replenish washroom/sanitary materials (toilet paper, paper towels and soap)
• To keep cleaning equipment in a clean and working order
• Periodically clean store rooms in designated areas and report any problems to the School Business Manger, Caretaker or the School Office.
• To advise School Business Manager/Office Staff to replenish cleaning products/equipment
• Occasionally there may be a need to change the designated area to cover for sickness or absenteeism.
• To be fully aware and comply with instructions and procedures relating to Health and Safety at Work, and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)
• Monitors the work of other cleaners to ensure the cleanliness of the school.
• Be a responsible key holder.
